PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a compression capacity of a compressor improving followability with respect to load fluctuation, and corresponding to a load. SOLUTION: In a capacity control means composing the heat source device, on the basis of load fluid temperatures of outlet sides of first and second heat exchangers, they are sorted into a neutral zone not changing the compression capacity of the compressor, a load up area adjacent to the neutral zone and increasing the compression capacity of the compressor, and a load down area adjacent to the neutral zone and reducing the compression capacity of the compressor. Increase and reduction control of the compressor capacity of the compressor is carried out per control period in response to the area to which the detected load fluid temperature belongs, and on the basis of a transition situation in the neutral zone when the load fluid temperature transits from the load up area to the load down area via the neutral zone, or from the load down area to the load up area via the neutral zone, an increase amount or a reduction amount of the compressor capacity of the compressor is controlled in a control period after the next transition of the load fluid temperature to the load up area or the load down area.
