PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with a liquid crystal display, which allows the liquid crystal display, a control board, and a case to be fixed to each other through a simple structure, and improves workability at the time of fixing the same. SOLUTION: The game machine includes the liquid crystal display arranged on a game board surface and having a display surface, the control board for controlling display of the liquid crystal display, and the case formed into a box shape having an opening surface, for storing therein the liquid crystal display and the control board. The game machine is provided with fixing members which are each arranged between the liquid crystal display and the control board, allow both the liquid crystal display and the control board to be fixed thereto, and also allow the case storing therein the liquid crystal display and the control board to be fixed thereto. Further each fixing member is provided with a positioning means for guiding the case to a fixed location that fixes the case to the fixing member, and stopping the case at the fixed location, when the liquid crystal display and the control board are stored in the case.
