PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution server which can timely present information to persons who visit. SOLUTION: Transmitting destination information is acquired as registration information according to a registration instruction from a visitor, registration is accepted with information for identifying a place for an object of registration, when registration is newly performed at other place in a facility, the already registered registration information is deleted, distribution information in which information for identifying the place in the facility is set and distribution time is preset is stored based on elapsed time, the distribution time set in the distribution information and a time point when registration information which is not deleted among registration information to be registered according to the registration instruction from the visitor is registered is considered as start of distribution of the distribution information to the portable terminal, the distribution information corresponding to the place where the portable terminal is registered is distributed to the portable terminal in which the transmitting destination information is set based on the elapsed time from the start of distribution, information for identifying the place in the facility.
