PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device suitable for a content delivery system for music or animation, and a microcomputer provided therewith. SOLUTION: The storage device comprises a storage interface and a network interface different therefrom. A first control part performs, in response to access from a specified other party through the network interface, writing/reading of first storage information to a storage part. A second control part performs, in response to the access through the storage interface, writing/reading of second storage information different from the first storage information to a recording part, and reads a predetermined storage information part of the first storage information according to a predetermined method or a method contained in the first storage information.
