PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of inexpensively designing stable extension of an information system by holding the know-how of system cooperation design in a system and providing a means by which a user inputs feature values of a system which the system will cooperate with, to exclude personal dependency in the system cooperation design. SOLUTION: In the information system cooperation system evaluation method for evaluating a system cooperation system of an information system, data objects showing the system cooperation system for system extension are stored in a storage device as a scenario of system extension to generate a scenario tree, and an influence degree evaluation value obtained by performing the system extension in the system cooperation system shown by the data objects in the scenario tree is stored in the storage device, and calculated influence evaluation values are read out from the storage device and are compared to output information of a system extension scenario having a small influence evaluation value.
