PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise storage rack with a passage forming plate firmly mounted between rack side plates without using a special tool or device. SOLUTION: The merchandise storage rack partitions a meandering merchandise storage passage by disposing the passage forming plate 22 bent to alternately project forward and backward, between a pair of rack side plates. The rack side plate is provided with locking holes 41, 42 and a fixing hole 43, while the side edge part of the passage forming plate 22 is provided with locking parts 35, 36 inserted through the locking holes 41, 42 and locked to the rack side plate when the passage forming plate 22 slides in the extended direction of the rack side plate, and a fixing part 37 held into the fixing hole 43 when the locking parts 35, 36 are locked to the rack side plate, to block sliding of the passage forming plate 22.
