PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of display quality due to the noise of driving signals for driving the display part in a display device. SOLUTION: The display part 1A of a display panel 1 is driven by the driving signals of clock signals CK and display signals R, G and B, etc., supplied from a driving LSI 40. The driving LSI 40 is provided with a signal processing part SP for executing signals processing to the driving signals transferred from the outside of the display panel 1, that are the clock signals CK and the display signals R, G and B. Further, the driving LSI 40 is provided with a variable resistor 43 for shaping the waveform of the input driving signals in the preceding stage of the signal processing part SP. By the variable resistor 43, the disturbance of the waveform of the driving signals, that is noise components, is eliminated or reduced and the lowering of the display quality due to the noise is suppressed.
