PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively remove a deposited product by devising a cleaning member that comes in contact with an image carrier, dispensing with the installation of a heating means, consequently, to prevent image-flowing due to defective electrification. SOLUTION: Spherical particles and undefined particles contained are made to project over the surface of the cleaning member, consequently, cleaning with a polishing performance and smoothness is achieved.
