SOLUTION: The fluorescence observation or fluorescence photometry system using the low-fluorescent immersion substance is constituted to make the low-fluorescent immersion substance satisfy the conditional expression B<SB>IM'</SB>/B<SB>IM</SB>≤0.7, and to make a refractive index nd get to 1.50 or more and less than and 1.70 in a d-ray (587.56 nm) in the low-fluorescent immersion substance, where B<SB>IM'</SB>is an average value of intensities of autofluorescence of the low-fluorescent immersion substance, and B<SB>IM</SB>is an average value of intensities of autofluorescence of an immersion substance used generally in the prior art.
