发明名称 IMPROVED MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR SCATTERED METEOROLOGICAL QUANTITY BY MEANS OF METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATION DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH SHADOW BAND
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate measurement method for scattered meteorological quantities by means of an actinometer or an illuminometer equipped with a shadow band. SOLUTION: A meteorological observation device equipped with a sensor and a shadow band, is used for this measurement method for meteorological quantities on insolation intensity/illuminance, with the shadow band being capable of intercepting light received by the sensor and rotating with a north-south line taken as a central axis. This method includes: (1) a step of measuring the first meteorological quantity with the shadow band disposed at a position where the sensor is exposed to a global solar radiation/illuminance state with the light received from the sun by the sensor not intercepted; (2) a step of measuring the second meteorological quantity with the shadow band disposed at a position where it intercepts the light received from the sun by the sensor; and (3) a step of severally measuring the third and fourth meteorological quantities with the shadow band disposed at a position progressed or regressed by a prescribed turning angle with the north-south line taken as a central axis on the basis of a state where the light received from the sun by the sensor is intercepted.
