PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurately monitoring whether any anomaly exists in a lock out device without turning off a disconnector. SOLUTION: The device 1 for monitoring operation of the lock out device of the disconnector includes: a measuring means 11 for measuring operation time between when a current is passed through a rock out coil 310 and when the lock out device completes its operation, and a time change in an operating current passed through the lock out device within the operation time; and a determination means 10 for determining whether or not any anomaly exists by comparing the measured operation time and the time change in the operating current with operation time and a time change in an operating current while a normal start-up is being performed.
