PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit which can be miniaturized by commonly using an oscillator circuit for a plurality of charge pumps. SOLUTION: The charge pump circuit includes an oscillator circuit OSC; positive pumps PUMPP, PUMPH, and PUMPR; a negative pump PUMPN; a 1/2 frequency dividing circuit FF, switch means SWP, SWH, SWR, SWN; and voltage sensing means SENSEP, SENSEH, SENSER, and SENSEN.
