PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain arrangement positions not only of an electroacoustic transducer but also of other configurations using through-holes as clues. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 1 includes: two cases 2 and 3 that can be overlapped with each other; a connection means 5 connecting these two cases 2 and 3 so as to turn each other around a reference axial line L1 along an overlapping direction; and an electroacoustic transducer 19 provided within the case 3. In the case 3, through-holes 21 and 23 through which the electroacoustic transducer 19 communicates with the outside of the case 3 are formed on its surface opposite to stacked faces to be faced when the two cases 2 and 3 are overlapped, and the through-holes 21 and 23 are formed in an annular recess 17 formed near the reference axial line L1.
