PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame bending/strut inserting device where a strut such as an arch pipe can be easily inserted or extracted into/from the ground with one tool, and jointly, a frame such as a dovetail groove frame can be easily bent along the arch pipe. SOLUTION: The device is composed of: a supporting frame 1; a pair of freely rotatable first and second rollers 2, 3 provided at the inside of the supporting frame 1 so as to be confronted each other; a bracket 4 integrally connected to the edge part of the support frame 1 and tilted to the inside thereof; a first holding frame 5 provided at the inside of the bracket 4 and standing to the upper part of the second roller 3; a second holding frame 6 similarly provide at the inside of the bracket 4 and elongating to the lower part while being confronted with the first holding frame 5; and an operating lever 7 fixed at the back of the second holding frame 6 and tilted to the upper part.
