A system for generating a contract schedule for an outsourcing agreement between an outsourcer and a client, includes a graphical user interface arranged to enable a user to select services from a list of services and to assign a responsible party for each selected service in each environment of the client; and a module arranged to generate the contract schedule based on the services selected and responsible parties assigned. The system ma include an environment module, a metrics module and a services module. Services are selected based upon the metrics determined.
