A cosmetic composition comprising an extract of natural materials is provided to remove edema and swelling excellently and secure antioxidizing and slimming effect with good stability and safety. A cosmetic composition for antioxidizing, slimming, removing edema, and decomposing fat comprises an extract of a mixture consisting of pumpkin, red-bean, corn silk, green tea, and caffeine, which is prepared by extracting the mixture with water, C1-3 alcohol, or ethyl acetate at a temperature of 50-100 deg.C for 3-24 hours and then concentrating the extract. The composition is in the form of skin, lotion, cream, essence, or mask pack.
