摘要

Disclosed is a polymer electrolyte emulsion obtained by dispersing polyme r electrolyte particles in a dispersion medium, which has a zeta potential w ithin the range from -50 mV to -300 mV as measured at 25~C. Also disclosed i s a polymer electrolyte emulsion obtained by dispersing polymer electrolyte particles in a dispersion medium, which is characterized in that a solid sub stance obtained by removing volatile substances from the polymer electrolyte emulsion has an ion exchange capacity of 1.5-3.0 meq/g.
