The system (10) has a pressure pump (11) supplying a high pressure lubrication circuit of an internal combustion engine with pressurized lubricating fluid from a lubricating fluid reservoir (30). A sump pump (12) sucks off the lubricating fluid dropped in an oil sump (40) and flows back the fluid in the reservoir. The pressure pump and the sump pump have a common rotational axis and a common structural part, where each pump includes a body and a cover.
