A complex type tuner is provided to output a high frequency signal to a loop through a switching unit even when a power voltage is not applied to the tuner by having the switching unit which forms a path to the loop through, thereby reducing unnecessary power consumption and outputting a high frequency signal without attenuation of gain. A complex type tuner includes a citizen band trap(21), a booster(22), a balun(23), a loop through(24), a tuner(25) and a switching unit(26). The citizen band trap removes the citizen band of a high frequency signal which is received and inputted through an antenna. The booster amplifies the high frequency signal where the citizen band is removed by the citizen band trap. The balun matches the signal amplified in the booster in parallel. The loop through outputs the signal paralleled from the balun to an external device. The tuner tunes the signal paralleled from the balun. The switching unit forms a path to the loop through when the booster is in a standby mode.
