A static load interpreting method for airplane design, and a computer readable medium on which a static load interpreting program is recorded are provided to calculate proper load for the operation of the airplane by controlling flight parameters to be corresponded to a real situation of the airplane. Detailed data of an airplane are read out(S1). Unit inertia of the airplane is calculated(S2). Synergy force data base corresponding to driving conditions is read out(S3). Unknown flight parameters are calculated by a value satisfying a trim state(S4). The synergy force per panel and the inertia force per panel point are calculated by applying the flight parameters(S5). Net load of the airplane structure is calculated(S6).
