An AC motor magnetic rotor is provided to prevent inner components of a motor from deteriorating by easily discharging heats of a permanent magnet and a soft magnetic body, and a heat of a rotor body to the outside at the time of driving the rotor. An AC motor magnetic rotor includes an AC motor magnetic rotor body(100) and a plurality of pole forming holes(110). A shaft installing hole(150) is penetratively formed in the center of the AC motor magnetic rotor body. The pole forming holes are arranged in a periphery portion of the AC motor magnetic rotor body so as to form a fixed radius from a central axis line of the shaft installing hole of the AC motor magnetic rotor body. The pole forming holes penetrate upper and lower parts of the AC motor magnetic rotor body on the basis of the central axis line of the shaft installing hole. The AC motor magnetic rotor body is formed of any one of a non-magnetic body, a semi-magnetic body, and an insulating body. The pole forming holes are equipped with a soft magnetic body. The soft magnetic body is formed of any one of ferrite, iron powder cores, sendust cores, MPP cores, and high flux cores.
