An automatic waist exercise apparatus is provided to stimulate the belly, the side, and the waist naturally by applying centrifugal force and inertial force by a rotating plate and a seat plate when a user sits on the seat plate. An automatic waist exercise apparatus(100) is composed of: a base plate(1) having support plates(11,11',11") extended in three directions with keeping balance, a moving caster installed at one of the support plates, protruded support units(13) installed at the bottom of the rest support plates to function as a stopper, and a rotating device mounted on the upside; a rotating plate(2) fixed to a shaft(15') of a speed reducer and rotating with keeping the predetermined distance from the center by installing a seat plate; a case(3) covering a gap between the base plate and the rotating plate; safety handles(4,4') set up at both sides of the front end of the base plate; and a control unit(5) installed on the upper end of the safety handle to select and control various functions such as rotational speed, rotational direction, and rotation time of the rotating plate.
