An interactive electronic frame system based on a network is provided to determine whether a user's life pattern is normal or abnormal by a human sensing sensor and notify a determination result to an authentication manager terminal remotely installed, thereby managing remotely the weak and the elderly. An interactive electronic frame system based on a network(321) includes a human sensing sensor(311) and a control unit. The human sensing sensor detects the motion pattern of a user approaching an electronic frame. The control unit accumulates the detection result of the human sensing sensor in a predetermined time unit, generates user life pattern information following user's life pattern by time and date on the basis of the accumulated result information, determines user's status according to the detection result of the present human sensing sensor on the basis of the user life pattern information, and mounts the determination result online. A contents server(325) receives the determination result online, reads a user status message corresponding to the determination result, and notifies the user status message to an authenticated authentication manager terminal with respect to a user.
