A method for fabricating a super-hydrophobic surface and solid material having the super-hydrophobic surface are provided to obtain the solid material having a super-hydrophobic surface by performing a negative replication on a metal substance having a microscopic hole formed through a super-hydrophobic surface treatment. A method for fabricating a super-hydrophobic surface comprises the step of forming a microscopic concavo-convex(15) by spraying microscopic particles to a surface of a metallic substance through a particle sprayer. A plurality of microscopic holes are formed on the surface of the metallic surface by performing an anodizing process on the metallic substance. A negative replica is formed by dipping the metallic substance into de-wetting polymer material. A dual scaled super-hydrophobic surface structure is formed by removing the metallic substance and an anode oxide from the negative replica.
