A test time management apparatus and its method are provided to enable a user to feel the proceeding speed of solving questions by outputting a corresponding question number to the user. A data base stores time management information including test time information, question information and answer statement time information. An information input part receives information not stored in the data base by a fabricator from a user. A display part displays time management information including present time and question numbers to be solved at the present time. A control part calculates time per question, and outputs test question number to be solved at the present time to the display part.
