A lightweight support structure with a firm and light connection structure is provided to implement a firm form by additionally embedding a reinforcing member in the other space of support members split into two. A lightweight support structure(100) with a firm and light connection structure is composed of plural support members(110) made of plastic and composed of hollow tubes split into two and integrated with a barrier in a longitudinal direction, wherein the barrier divides a space into two spaces in a width direction; plural connecting members(120) made of plastic and fitted to each one end of the space of plural support members, to form the support structure by connecting the support members; and plural reinforcing members embedded in the other space of plural support members.
