A method for constructing a system for managing ship order acceptance estimate inquiries is provided to simplify a contact point with a ship owner with respect to a project, and to construct a contract execution task management system with respect to a total schedule of the project for using an inclination analysis criterion or an estimate factor of a ship owner company. A method for constructing a system for managing ship order acceptance estimate inquiries comprises the following several steps. Estimate inquiry is accepted from a customer. In-charge persons are designated for all the accepted estimate inquiries and the estimate inquiries are registered at a system. Information related to the customer who sends the estimate inquiry is registered at a customer management database.
