摘要 <p>Oligonucleotides for detecting nucleic acid molecules from dengue viruses are provided to inhibit negative-errors, positive-errors and errors caused by background products in detection by improving specificity to dengue viruses, and simultaneously detect various types of dengue virus in one PCR(polymerase chain reaction) set by improving workability in multiplex PCR. Oligonucleotides for detecting nucleic acid molecules from dengue viruses specifically hybridize with nucleic acids of dengue viruses represented by the general formula of 5'-Xp-Yq-Zr-3', wherein Xp is a 5'-high Tm specificity portion having a hybridization sequence substantially complementary to a target sequence to hybridize therewith; Yq is a separation portion having at least two universal bases; Zr is a 3'-low Tm specificity portion having a hybridization sequence substantially complementary to a target sequence to hybridize therewith; p, q and r are each independently the number of nucleotide; X, Y and Z are each independently deoxyribonucleotide or ribonucleotide; Tm of the 5'-high Tm specificity portion is higher than that of the 3'-low Tm specificity portion; the separation portion has the lowest Tm among three portions, and forms a non-base pairing bubble structure; the bubble structure separates the 5'-high Tm specificity portion from the 3'-low Tm specificity portion with respect to the hybridization specificity, thereby determining the hybridization specificity of DSO total structure by the 5'-high Tm specificity portion and the 3'-low Tm specificity portion in duplicate, and enhancing the hybridization specificity of oligonucleotides total structure; and the target sequence is the genome sequence of dengue virus.</p>
