An acupressure mouse is provided to relieve tiredness through the acupressure by making acupressure points on the place where the palm of user's hand is touched. An acupressure mouse comprises of the following parts: a mouse(10) which is connected to a computer through wire or wireless communication and performs a data input and a data command; a hole(12) which is formed in a top cover of the mouse where the palm of user's hand is placed; and acupressure points(30) which are installed at the inside of the top cover(11) corresponding to the hole and are protruded through the hole. The acupressure points(30) can rotate by a shaft which is supported by fixed devices.
