A hydraulic oil cooler with a drain valve is provided to discharge pressure oil from an oil cooler tank by attaching and detaching a quick coupler in the case of checking of a hydraulic oil cooler. A hydraulic oil cooler with a drain valve comprises: a pressure oil cooler equipped with oil cooler tanks(42) respectively in upper and lower portions, which is integrally fixed to a predetermined position of a front portion of a radiator body by a fastener such as a bolt and controls pressure oil circulated through the oil cooler tank, a drain valve(50) coupled with one side of an outer wall of the oil cooler tank, which discharges the pressure oil inside the oil cooler tank to the outside in the case of opening and closing of a poppet(53), and a quick coupler connecting a couple ring(66) to be attached/detached to/from the drain valve, which controls opening and closing of the drain valve by pressurization force.
