BANDWIDTH UNIFICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DISTAL BROADCASTING AND METHOD THEREOF

An integrated bandwidth management system for digital broadcasting and a method therefor are provided to allocate dynamically a bandwidth physically divided for data transmission in real time, thereby improving efficiency of a bandwidth use and quality of a data service. An integrated bandwidth management system for digital broadcasting includes an application server(10), an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) server(20), a data server(30) and a data encoder cluster(40). The application server processes information obtained in the outside or the inside in order to transmit application data through a communication network. An EPG server manages integratedly and transmits programming information about a broadcast program provided from plural EPG provision servers. The data server determines the transmission schedule and bandwidth of data, preprocesses the data and transmits the data. The data encoder cluster allocates dynamically the bandwidth of the data transmitted from the data server in real time by controlling integratedly plural physical outputs in order to manage integratedly part or the whole of a bandwidth physically divided.
