A method of creating a manufacturing management system of a ship is provided to improve an information system, and to activate an exclusive management organization by creating a WBS(Work Breakdown Structure). A process schedule planned by an MRP(Material Requirement Planning) process is verified and adjusted. Amount of required material of each process order is verified and delivered. Resource situation of each process order is verified and corrected. Design drawings delivery situation concerned with items of each process order is verified, and contents of the drawings are verified. Automatically generated date, a department and a working order are verified and adjusted. Operation sheets are formed and distributed to each person and group.
