A portable mobile communication terminal control device is provided to employ a detachable antenna and a power unit for conducting selective power supply by using an internal battery as well as external power supply to each component of the control device, thereby more simply controlling a mobile communication terminal. A PN(Pseudo Number) generator(120) includes a PN code for controlling a portable terminal. An IF(Intermediate Frequency) processor(130) converts a pilot signal generated by the PN generator(120) into an IF to convert the IF into a multi-carrier signal. An RF(Radio Frequency) processor(140) converts the multi-carrier signal into an analog signal, and conducts RF conversion to deliver the converted signal. A power unit(160) supplies power to the PN generator(120), the IF processor(130), and the RF processor(140).
