A carcass attaching device is provided to improve space utilization of a tire production line and to reduce the cost of equipment by directly attaching a carcass cut by a cutter, to a forming drum by sucking the cut carcass with a vacuum pad. A carcass attaching device is composed of: a support frame(110) having a horizontal pillar(111) disposed at the upper part of a forming drum(D) and a vertical pillar(112) installed under one end of the horizontal pillar; a cutter(120) supported by the vertical pillar to move back and forth for the lateral side of the forming drum and selectively cut a transferred carcass; a vacuum pad(130) mounted on the horizontal pillar to move up and down corresponding to the outer periphery of the forming drum and suck the carcass transferred through the cutter; a center stitching roller unit(150) and side stitching roller units(160) attaching the carcass sucked to the vacuum pad, to the forming drum; and a horizontally moving tool(170) horizontally moving the center and side stitching roller units in a width direction of the forming drum.
