A method of creating a system for managing a test cruise and a ship delivery is provided to manage a test for driving and delivery procedures efficiently by creating a system capable of recognizing a concerned work flow. A manual for a marine driving test and an inclination test is accepted. A detailed schedule of a determined test is noticed. A plurality of tests are performed at a pier, before performing the marine driving test. Test results of each item are collected and reported. And various tests are performed on the marine. The results of the marine test driving of each item are collected and reported.
