A regulator for high-pressure gas is provided to reduce a spring constant in comparison with a one-stage decompression structure. A high-pressure gas regulator(1000) includes a main body(100), first and second decompression rooms(120,130), an inlet(140), an outlet(150), first and second pistons(210,220), an eleventh spring(310), a valve shaft(400), and a twenty first spring(320). The first and second decompression rooms are formed in the main body apart from each other and connected through a central connection passage(110). The inlet and outlet are formed to be connected to the first and second decompression rooms respectively. The first and second pistons face the first and second decompression rooms respectively. The eleventh spring is installed at the opposite side of the first decompression room. The valve shaft is installed and fixed at the first decompression room side. The twenty first spring is installed at the opposite side of the second decompression room.
