An engine is provided to reduce energy consumption in an internal combustion engine and converts thermal energy of the internal combustion engine into mechanical energy. An engine includes a water pump, an exhaust turbine, a condenser, and a water storage tank. The water pump operates when an engine is maintained at an optimum temperature. The water pump starts operation immediately after a power stroke and stops operation immediately before closing of an exhaust valve. The exhaust turbine increases suction force. The condenser is mounted on the position of a radiator, and extracts only water from exhaust gas. The water storage tank is arranged beneath the condenser, and supplies water to the water pump through a hose.
