摘要 <p>The suction chamber for water beam for jet impact on knitted fabric, webs or non-woven fabrics (2) composed of staple fibers, endless filaments and/or cellulose fibers, and for suction area (3a, 3b), which is located on a bottom side (5b) of the suction chamber (5a) and is used for sucking off spraying water, comprises an air displacement body positioned in the suction chamber in such a manner that an even suction effect is ensured over the entire width and/or length of the perforated suction area. The air displacement body is present above the suction area with relatively large open area. The suction chamber for a water beam for jet impact on knitted fabric, webs or non-woven fabrics (2) composed of staple fibers, endless filaments and/or cellulose fibers, and for a suction area (3a, 3b), which is located on a bottom side (5b) of the suction chamber (5a) and is used for sucking off spraying water, comprises an air displacement body positioned in the suction chamber in such a manner that an even suction effect is ensured over the entire width and/or length of the perforated suction area. The air displacement body is present above the suction area with relatively large open area and the perforated suction surface is restricted in such a manner that maximum air flow of 2 m/s is reached to the exterior of the perforated suction surface. The air displacement body extends over the entire width and/or length of the suction chamber and is a rectangular body that extends towards the suction chamber and runs in the direction in an inclined manner. The air displacement body has a lower side, that includes an angle (beta ) of greater than 1-5[deg] in the longitudinal direction of the suction chamber. The space between the air displacement body and the perforated suction area is small in the direction of a suction mechanism. The air displacement body ends with its one end or its sidewall in area of the suction mechanism attached to the suction chamber. The perforated suction area has openings with different large cross-sectional areas, which are more largely formed at the beginning of the drip edge in increasing manner. The distance between the openings is same or differently large. An angle (alpha ) of greater than 6-15[deg] is formed on a tangential plane of a filter roller (14a) and the perforated suction area. The openings of the suction surface constitute an open surface of 20% at the inner side turned to the water jet. An air feeding device is arranged to the water bar and/or the suction chamber and equipped with a discharge opening, which is intended in the area of the water bar. The air-feeding device has an air supply channel, that is formed by a distance of 3-6 mm between an exterior of the water bar and exterior turned to the water bar of the suction chamber. The supply of the air to the water jet takes place over the air-feeding device. A compressor is arranged for the production of a positive pressure. The discharge opening extends over the entire length of the water bar. The discharge opening is aligned so that the airflow strikes perpendicularly on a water jet on the water bar. The air feeding device or the air gap is intended partially between the water bar and the discharge opening of the suction chamber or is guided longitudinally on the exterior of the water bar and runs parallelly in the area of a lower side of the water bar. The suction chamber and/or the air-feeding device are symmetrically arranged to both sides of the water bar and/or the water jet. The openings at the internal side of the perforated suction area are formed as parallel running slots with a length of 1-10 mm and width of 0.1-3 mm and the opening intended at the outside side of the perforated suction surface is formed angularly with a length of 1-10 mm and width of 0.1-3 mm. The openings (3c) have differently formed cross-section areas and are formed as oval, polygonal, angular or as longitudinal slots.</p>
