A monitoring camera assembly is provided to enable a controller to be integratedly mounted in the inside, thereby installing the monitoring system easily and quickly. A monitoring camera assembly(10) includes a body(11), a pan driving unit(12), a tilt driving unit, a control box(16) and a camera(15). The body has durability with a predetermined form. The pan driving unit is disposed in the lower part of the body and rotates the body right and left within a range of a predetermined angle. The tilt driving unit is disposed in a side of the body, and is axis-joined to a camera housing(14) to rotate the camera housing up and down within a range of a predetermined angle. The control box is disposed in the other side of the body, is axis-joined to the camera housing, and has a built-in controller in the inside. The camera is mounted in the camera housing.
