A transfer mechanism of a dead bolt utilizing magnetic material is provided to prevent overloading of a motor as transferring the dead bolt smoothly along an operation member by comprising a magnet on at least one of an operation member or the dead bolt of a door lock. An operation member(203) is formed on one side of a dead bolt(201) of a door lock. A magnet(205,207) is comprised in at least one of the dead bolt or the operation member. A dynamic power transfer device drives the operation member. A transfer member is connected to the dead bolt of the door lock. The dynamic power transfer device includes a motor(209), a driving gear(211) driven by the motor and an idler gear(213) comprised in one side of the operation member as being geared to the driving gear.
