A flat display device is provided to acquire a shielding effect of ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) and EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) by receiving display panels and printed circuit boards in one conductive chassis at once. A flat display device(100) includes a first display panel(110), a second display panel(130), a first printed circuit board(140), and a chassis(150). The first display panel includes a backlight unit. The first display panel may be formed of a liquid crystal display panel. The first display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal. The liquid crystal is injected between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second substrate includes a plurality of thin film transistors. A integrated circuit is mounted at one side of the second substrate. A data signal and a scanning signal are transmitted from the integrated circuit. A second printed circuit board(120) may be interposed between the first display panel and the second display panel. The chassis is made of a conductive metallic material. The chassis receives the first display panel, the second display panel, and the printed circuit boards at once.
