A waist exercise machine is provided to obtain exercise effect as if a user plays with a hoop in a narrow space by pressing the waist with finger pressure rollers of a round finger pressure annular bar coming into contact with the waist. A waist exercise machine is composed of a rotating unit equipped with a seat eccentrically turning and round finger pressure annular bars(4) installed at the upper part of the rotating unit with forming a hole in the center and equipped with plural finger pressure rollers(3) at the round inside. The round finger pressure annular bars are formed in the shape of a semicircular arc and installed at a combining plate(6) mounted at a vertical frame(5) with facing each other. One of each semicircular finger pressure annular bar is shaft-supported to the combining plate to turn through turning pins(7), and joined with the other end of a shock absorber(8) fixed to the combining plate and turned at the predetermined angle with relieving shock.
