PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a handbag used for carrying a box type tabular product by applying a heat seal of square bottom structure to the quadruple structure part of a gusset folded strip type film tube, separating the double structure film of a center part along the center line thereof, and cutting the double film part for every bag body breadth. SOLUTION: A gusset folded strip type film tube having a heat sealed bottom is sent to a punching process, and two finger holes Y are punched at an intermediate position of the bag body breadth of a V-type heat seal H at both sides of the center line of the gusset folded strip type film tube. When a mechanical center line cut G on the center line and a vertical cut L extended from the V-type heat seal vertical to a lengthwise direction are executed at the same time, handbags (a) and (b) to carry box type tabular products are continuously manufactured by a unit of two in such a state as separated at the end of the vertical cut L. The V-type heat seal H is separated from the apex of the V- form, due to the vertical cut L, and turns into a slantwise deposition line (h) for forming the square bottom of a bag body. |
