PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture capable of simultaneously giving multiple functions originally desired for concrete, and the concrete having the multiple functions together. SOLUTION: The admixture consists of one or more components selected from specific graft-copolymers and their salts, and a specific 1,3-dioxane-based compound both of which are contained in a prescribed ratio.
