<p>The roller (1) has a carrier part (2) made from metal e.g. steel, and a bandage (3) made from an elastomer material e.g. polyurethane, where axial side edges (5, 6) of the bandage are designed in flexible manner. The bandage is attached to the carrier part through an injection molding process and provided with circumferential slots (7, 8) at its side edges, where an outer surface of the bandage has a concave form. A bulging is provided at the outer circumference of the carrier part for connecting the carrier part and the bandage with one another.</p> |
