A mold opening and shutting system of a continuous foaming line is provided to open and shut an upper mold with regard to a lower mold automatically without additional devices by installing a guide rail to the continuous foaming line. A mold opening and shutting system of a continuous foaming line comprises a mold unit(20), an air bag(30), a mold tray(10), four sensors, an air control device, and a guide rail. The mold unit consists of an upper holder(21) having an upper guide roller(25) and an upper mold(23), and a lower holder(22) having a lower guide roller(26) and a lower mold(24). The air bag is installed on the top of the lower mold. The mold tray is provided with a protrusion bar(14), a chain coupling unit(13), and a base(11). The base is connected with a tray moving chain. The mold unit is hinged at the mold tray. The four sensors detect the movement of the protrusion portions of the mold tray and sends electrical signals. The air control device includes a first air cylinder with a hooking pin, a second air cylinder with an air inlet, a third air cylinder and a return cylinder with an air outlet, and a pneumatic force control unit. The guide rail includes a lower rail and upper rail having an inside rail and an outside rail.
