An air conditioner is provided to cool down an outdoor heat exchanger by dropping the condensed water from an outer surface of an indoor heat exchanger to an upper part of the outdoor heat exchanger. An air conditioner comprises an indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger(320), a partition, a drain pan(310), a base(130), and a condensed water flowing unit. The indoor and the outdoor heat exchangers are crossed each other, and uses indoor air and outdoor air as a coolant respectively. The partition separates the indoor heat exchanger from the outdoor heat exchanger, and collects the condensed water from an outer surface of the indoor heat exchanger. The condensed water dropped through the partition is collected in the drain pan. The base supports the outdoor heat exchanger, and has a water collect unit(136). The condensed water passing through the drain pan is collected in the base. The condensed water flowing unit flow condensed water from the water collect unit to an upper surface of the partition.
