A control panel for an electric apparatus and a TV having the same are provided to enable a PCB to be mounted to a support frame without a fixing bracket or a fixing screw, thereby simplifying the construction of the control panel and reducing production cost. A control panel(10) for an electric apparatus includes a support frame(11), a PCB(30), a sliding joining device(32,33,35) and a binding device(14,15,17,18,36). The support frame has plural operation buttons. The PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is joined to the support frame. The sliding joining device is hold to the support frame with the PCB. The binding device restricts the width direction movement of the PCB after the PCB is slidably joined to the support frame.
