A clutch master cylinder assembly of a vehicle is provided to diversifying support structure assembly by assembling a mounting socket selectively at various angles and by connecting the mounting socket to a vehicle frame. A clutch master cylinder assembly of a vehicle comprises: a clutch master cylinder body(60) and a mounting socket(68) fixed to the clutch master cylinder body, which includes a connection unit connecting the cylinder body to a vehicle frame. A fixing key(66) is protruded on an outer circumference surface of the cylinder body and key grooves(70,72) to which the cylinder body is fitted are formed on the mounting socket. The key grooves formed on the mounting socket are formed inside the mounting socket and on an inner circumference surface of a circular hole inserted into the cylinder body.
