The user of a mobile communication terminal apparatus stores, into a halt control information area (23R) of the mobile communication terminal apparatus, a title or main text body that should be held as a halt request e-mail for halting the function of a noncontact communication device. Thereafter, when a halt request e-mail having the stored title is received and then detected by a halt request detecting part (51) and further if the function of the noncontact communication device is available in the mobile communication terminal apparatus, then a function halting part (52) in a control part halts the function of the noncontact communication device via a wired path.
